Any disputes or legal matters arising from or related to the use of our services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Quebec in all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in relation to these Terms or the services provided by Scaling Process Inc., the parties shall first seek resolution through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Quebec Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Montreal, Quebec, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the above, for any matters that cannot be resolved through arbitration, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
